Da haben Bundespolizisten in zivil im Waggon von etwa zehn Anwesenden die einzigen beiden schwarzen Personen anlasslos kontrolliert.

Ein Grund dafür: Es sei ein "besonders gelagerter Einzelfall". An dieser Behauptung bestehen begründete Zweifel. Mir liegen Beschwerden vor, die bei der Bundespolizei i.
