Cross-linking and #immunoprecipitation (CLIP, or CLIP-seq) is a method used in #molecularBiology that combines UV #crosslinking with immunoprecipitation in order to identify #RNA binding sites of #proteins on a transcriptome-wide scale, thereby increasing our understanding of post-transcriptional regulatory networks.
