Roshun ShahIn today's edition of I am an easily amused man: Scallops served in scallop shells from Ox and Finch in Glasgow. Pretty much everything at this restaurant, including the contents of this clam bra, was delicious. It seems like this place is gunning for (and should receive!) a Michelin star. Glasgow is seriously underrated in my opinion. I don't think there was a single thing I ate there that I didn't completely love. BBQ in the pouring <a href="https://mastodonapp.uk/tags/rain" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#rain</a>.
