Darth Hideout 🏳️🌈<p>And so there's also an episode of <a href="https://c.im/tags/StarTrekTNG" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>StarTrekTNG</span></a>, I think, where <a href="https://c.im/tags/Scotty" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>Scotty</span></a> is revived after being stored in a portable <a href="https://c.im/tags/transporter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>transporter</span></a>/pattern buffer. And (ahem) he was more than 70 kg. Anyway, where and how was all that energy stored or dispersed without destroying the device?</p><p>I wonder if there are any story lines that involve reconversion failure & the consequences of releasing that much energy, which might, what, alter a planet's orbit or something? To say nothing of destroying the destination transporter device, ship, city, region.</p><p><a href="https://c.im/tags/StarTrek" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>StarTrek</span></a> <a href="https://c.im/tags/physics" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>physics</span></a></p>
