#fahrrad #service

Just to get out in front of it...

Saturday June 14th is the 250th Birthday of our United States Army. That's right: it was created over a year before the Declaration of Independence, and has been serving us ever since. And I am a very proud lifetime member of our Senior Service! 🇺🇸

But thanks to the 🎃 🤡 , I will be celebrating privately, at home. Any and all events beyond the US Army's Birthday that day will be entirely ignored.

Sent a support ticket to a #service that I #subscribe to expressing my disappointment that I couldn't seem to do very basic things with their product/ service.

Bitch-ass
#CustomerService #rep replies back scolding me for not viewing the "#onboarding #video".

Ok.

First off, if you have a product or a service and you only provide a "video" to teach your customers how to use your product, well... fuck you.

Videos don't work for everyone. Some of your customers might be deaf, or visually impaired.

Second, if you need a fucking
#TRAININGVIDEO to teach your customers how to use your product or service you have flat out FAILED in every conceivable way.

Your product or service should be intuitive enough that your customers don't need a training video to learn how to use your product.

(I'm looking at you
#ORACLE!)

Anyhow, rant over.
