I'm sick and I don't even know why.

Zero energy.

Working out day was as if I were doing it with the body of an octogenarian. I didn't want to walk to the gym, had to take the eScooter, despite the place being like just 10 minutes walking distance.

I couldn't shower on it because how tired I was. Same as last time, I haven't been in a week, I simply finished the back-day routine I left half-done. Came back home and I feel as if I close my eyes I fall asleep immediately.

What's happening? Why it's happening? I feel very very weak and I've been like this for days.

I noticed this video after watching a couple of random clips on YouTube tonight, and just thought I’d share it. How to increase your chance of survival when suffering a heart attack alone.
Okay, it’s not the happiest video, but if it helps someone it’s definitely worth sharing…

A Love Letter To A Darkened Tree

A few years ago, I got ill, pretty ill and I've never fully recovered. As someone who has always been ferociously independent, this sucked ass to say the least. I couldn't leave the house but I needed to have something of my own. So, I started taking photos of this tree from the window. These photos have been taken over the course of a year and a bit - one of them you've seen before but I put it in the collection because it's one of my favourites. Thankfully, now I can leave the house and take pictures of other things! Not as often as I'd like to or as far as I'd like to go, but it's better than it was.
I'd like to dedicate this to my partner, who like this tree, has always been a constant, no matter what has happened over these years but who, unlike this tree, does not have branches. Enough about him because he'll start to think I like him or something.
Anyway, have hope and my wish for all of you is that you have a tree in your life too.

TL;DR - Got sick. Photographed a tree for over a year. Still sick but doing better. Tree is still a tree. Partner is a kind of tree.
