@metin Atkinson Dithering is my favourite! I still use it for transferring art my kid draws on modern tools to Commodore 64!

same here, I'm mainly a user too and not a developer.

Still code is text and we can all read the text even if it looks like gibberish to us all and after reading it we may not be very certain whether the "read" was worth our time...

I can let you know though if I find a configuration file and something looks "fishy" although I doubt that anyone with really ill intents would hide something there...

#EA today released as #opensource #CommandAndConquer Tiberian Dawn, Red Alert, Renegade, and Generals - Zero Hour. The #game #sourcecode is now under a #GPL license and available for the fan community to modify and extend as well as allowing these games to build on platforms moving forward.
Beyond just making the old source code available, EA has enabled #SteamWorkshop support for more Command and Conquer titles.
