Je me lance à demander avis et conseils pour fabriquer un vélo couché.

Donc si des gens ont des idées ou veulent relayer, c'est top.

Je ne fais plus de trajets supérieurs à 40 bornes en vélo droit, ça m'est devenu insupportable !

hier hoe wij dit maken (deze keer met speculoos) :

400 g zijden tofu (of vegan mascarpone van AH) - 4 el suiker - 35 g plantaardige boter, op kamertemperatuur - ½ tl vanille-extract — 1 el citroensap - 2 shots espresso - 4 el Tia Maria of amaretto - 2 el cacao - voldoende speculaas

For my wife’s 40th birthday (which is next week), she made herself a #cake to share with the extended family tonight during our monthly #movienight. (We’re watching Chicago (2002).)

The cake is a 3-layer Chocolate cake, with salted caramel and #speculoos cookies with crushed speculoos cookies in between each layer (along with the icing).

It is… unbelievably delicious.
