#Ukraine calls them meat assaults: #Russia's brutal plan to take ground.

Ukrainians face waves of #Russian soldiers coming at their defensive positions, sometimes nearly a dozen times in a day.

Lt Col Anton Bayev of the Khartia Brigade of Ukraine’s National Guard says wave after wave can arrive in just a few hours at front-line positions north of Kharkiv.

“The Russians use these units in most cases purely to see where our firing equipment is located, and to constantly exhaust our units,” he said.

“Our guys stand in positions and fight, and when four or five waves of the enemy come at you in a day, which you have to destroy without end, it is very difficult - not only physically, but also psychologically.”

This #tactic has led to #staggering #Russiancasualties since Moscow launched its latest offensive two months ago. Around 1,200 Russian soldiers were being killed or wounded every day in May and June, the highest rate since the beginning of the war, according to Western officials.

It is absolutely #corrupt behaviour on the part of the #government; it's a #tactic to keep damaging #information about the government from getting out, at all costs.

The government could end this BS today, by ordering the #intelligence services to #brief all members of #parliament.

The fact that they aren't doing this makes them #complicit in hiding information from parliament.

#Complain to your #MP, and to the #media for their failure to #report this accurately.

Yes, it isnt a real position it's a "try and hurt linux" tactic.

Its not a reason, its an excuse. It hurts the brain because there is no logic to take apart an excuse.

Excuses have the consistency of peanut butter. If you try to use logic, as if it were a reason, it gets all over you.

And its PART OF THE TACTIC.

"that is impersonation of a law enforcement officer; in the #USA alone it is a felony in several states. furthermore, even if you got actual believable tactical gear, instead of a cheap Halloween #cop outfit, some random with no badge number and precinct attachment is not gonna be able to walk up to a group of #cops and believably impersonate one for even a minute, let alone long enough to get necessary information. (usa centric advice) If you want to figure out where cops are targeting #protesters during a #riot, you're better off having someone on #comms listening in to the #police #radio and communicating to people on the ground where kettles and other traps are being set up, which was an effective #tactic utilized during several 2020 #protests in places, like Louisville, Kentucky, New York City, New York, and Los Angeles, CA.

this is the shit I mean: in the wake of 2020 and 2021 protests it's a bunch of wannabe hard ass 'punks' on the Internet w storebought preripped jeans n 'battle jackets' who do fuckall in they #communities n who would go down after one solid smack across the face offering "advice" that is going to get #people killed, or at least in serious danger, and I'm sorry to be so harsh on this person in particular, but fronting like this is embarrassing, it makes you look stupid, and advice like this is goofy, and if anyone follows that they're gonna get themselves in so much trouble and effectively neuter any #resistance they're trying to aid.
