Das haben @timnitGebru et al. in Studien zum Akronym #TESCREAL eindrücklich gezeigt. Ideologien sind gefährlicher und zielgerichteter als "Fantasien", s. Realpolitik unter Trump.
Tatsächlich gibt es stärkere Hinweise, dass diese Typen schon immer empathielos waren und Narzissten leichter Karriere machen in unserem System

Interestingly the point is made in the #podcast that many #technobros are true believers, driven by childhood dreams that bear little regard for plausible outcomes. Does that make them scammers or their vision for the future a scam?
That may be a distinction without a difference other than its lack of malign intent. My sense is a willingness to sacrifice the welfare of billions to satisfy what is likely a fantasy. Can anything be more selfish?
