It's not straightforward because of all of Sacha's ailments.<br>The final price - on the phone - was well below the online price for slightly better cover, plus it's only £15 more than the one that cancelled our policy due to her new sleep apnoea diagnosis.</p><p>We learned a couple of years ago that travel insurance is essential. It also became obvious that cheap insurance is useless if the claim handling is clueless.
