Well, dann machen wir wohl mal die lange aufgeschobene Migration zu #firefox. Sicher, Pest oder Cholera, aber immerhin mit Adblocker.

@christophe J'ai pas de réponse directe, mais pour améliorer votre #UX sur #YouTube, il y a #SponsorBlock → https://sponsor.ajay.app qui permet de passer automatiquement certaines portions de vidéo (promo, intro, etc.) et #DeArrow → https://dearrow.ajay.app qui permet de remplacer les aperçus et les titres putaclics des vidéos (en plus de #uBlock Origin pour bloquer les pubs évidemment).
Sinon, #FreeTube → https://freetubeapp.io rassemble tout en un (et avec mode audio possible, plus #écolo).

I assume that too, because it is easy to do, make more money, people don't care, every big tech does it, etc
My Firefox #uBlock addon found that #AWS "AWStrack.me" is using a customer #JALT (email sent to me) to track, or something 
LinkedIn can be a bit too much. I come there with a goal in mind but get distracted by the feed posts.
Luckily, the web platform is amazingly hackable, and I can hide the feed with one single filter in uBlock Origin.

I would like to be logged in to Youtube to participate in some live chats and to occasionally comment.
#Vivaldi is based on #Google's #Chromium platform. I know that #Google is working to kick uBlock Origin out of the #Chrome Extension Store since it's an effective YouTube ad blocker.
So I'll use Vivaldi as my browser and Firefox as a YouTube viewer! 
Otherwise, I'd use Freetube or just log out of Google and watch add free.

Interesting! #uBlock Origin will prevent #YouTube from seeing I'm using an Ad Blocker (uBlock itself) on #Firefox but NOT on #Vivaldi.
So If I'm logged into #Google via Vivaldi, I'm blocked on #YouTube from watching anything since I use the evil uBlock Origin.
If I'm not logged into Google, then Vivaldi is ad-free with uBlock
But if I'm logged in on Google/YouTube via Firefox with uBlock, no issues and no ads.

Is there a licensing issue around shipping a firefox fork with ublock origin installed by default?
As themselves state "#uBlock Origin is a #browser extension that blocks unwanted content, such as #ads, #trackers, and #malicious URLs. It is easy on CPU and memory".
On #Google Messages tab, it blocks 11% of such content. On #Facebook Messanger, 6%. On #Instagram 5%.
On #Mastodon, #Element, #PixelFed none. 0.
That, should tell you something.

Je cherche à bloquer le "explore" de Mastodon parce que j’ai tendance à aller y voir des trucs que je n’ai pas envie de voir.
