Sorry if this should be obvious, but is this shloka from the Rig Veda venerating #Indra? Or #Vishnu? (I've seen it cited as a Vishnu mantra.)

भूरि॑दा॒ भूरि॑ देहि नो॒ मा द॒भ्रं भूर्या भ॑र । भूरि॒ घेदि॑न्द्र दित्ससि ॥
भूरिदा भूरि देहि नो मा दभ्रं भूर्या भर । भूरि घेदिन्द्र दित्ससि ॥
English translation:
“A bountiful giver are you, Indra; give bountifully to us; (give) not little; bring much; for verily you desire to give much.”
