Ysk that Dept. of Homeland Security is dismantling 3 civil rights offices for standing in the way of immigration policy mission. Funny thing is only 2 of those offices deal with immigration. The 3rd office is the one U.S. citizens depend on to ensure they still have civil rights under DHS custody.
