Good news, but this couple with legal authorization, should've never been detained.

Judge Brinkema on Fri ordered the release of a Venezuelan couple who were detained by authorities despite having legal authorization to live & work in the US, calling their apprehensions baseless & unlawful.

She rebuked govt officials for claiming in court that the couple posed a public threat & ordered both of them released straight from the courthouse.
