So why can't they strike back when Russian troops enter Ukraine? 
@lin11c @noelreports The previous statement was that despite the presence of NK soldiers, US won't add any additional limits on US weapons, so I assume Biden means "you can attack North Koreans just like you attack Russians".

Oh I see, but still can't attack Russian territory with US weapons. This is ridiculous when North Korea weapons are attacking Ukrainians from RUSSIA!!
