Don’t interrupt, don’t interrupt

I've been getting a lot of questions lately about whether symptom X or behavior Y is a sign of ADHD. I don't like answering this question, everyone is different.
However, I would like to link to this comprehensive self-test, which I think is very successful

(Thanks @Jay16K for the hint)
Note: You'll need an account on the website to access the test.

sometimes i break up longer, intense podcasts by watching a short. [ #adhdbrain ]
this one is about #apartheidisrael - from the apathy to the psychopathy.
the longer podcast i posted to my Linktree. it's two ethnically Arab Australians talking about the genocide. And if you can imagine it, they speak of compassion for Israelis, as well as for Palestinians. what a lesson in humanity that is.
If I could just change one thing about my #personality it would be to have the #motivation and #energy to do the things I like to do.
Nei prossimi giorni devo avere a che fare con una persona che odio.
Sessista, machista mansplainer e incel.
Fortunatamente non saremo soli.
Come fare? Io provo ad ignorarlo ma poi fa delle battute e da ex stand up comedian intervengo sempre con la battuta arrogante e minacciosa che rovina il Mood.
E ovviamente passo io per quella rompipalle femminista che in realtà sono fiera di essere.

Amen. Finally some truth telling re adhd from a mainstream media outlet
as a neurodivergent person, i often fail to realise that i tend to come across as rude or angry when I'm not paying attention to how i speak. and when i don't speak a language too well or when I'm out of practice, I'm especially prone to make mistakes with my tone.
for example i just asked the guy at the tea shop (in Tamil) "is this strong tea?" when he gave it to me. technically, it shouldn't sound like I'm angry or anything (and I'm not) but in the way Tamil is spoken, this basically translates to "is this even strong tea, you idiot?" and that was really not what i intended to say!
wow. after a few days of figuring out how to use that new serif font (i.e. Bitter) on the website/blog, i found a sans-serif font built into my android phone that looks stupid cool and I'm now getting that itch to switch again
Me: Okay, brain, come on, I know you've got a block but you have to do this.
Brain:
Me: Look, what do you need?
Brain: you know what works.
Me: No I don'—wait, you don't mean.
Brain:
Me: I'm getting too old for this
Brain:
Me: I'm trying so hard to keep weight off.
Brain:
Me:
Brain: Look do you want this done or not?
Me: OKAY FINE I'LL GO FIND SOMETHING WITH FROSTING, HAPPY?!?!?
Brain: Alright, let's get to this . . .
for words my ADHD brain suddenly remembers completely out of context:
Mohorovicic discontinuity
Whenever I concern myself with #PersonalKnowledgeManagement (#PKM) it depresses me. There are so many great methods and ideas out there, but they all create too much overhead and in the end I do nothing.
