The best chance for flooding will be across the Adirondack mountains in northern NY. Even though rainfall totals could be heavier in ME...most of it is expected to fall outside the mountainous terrain and at this time...It appears the mainstem rivers in northern and eastern ME may be able to handle the runoff without flooding…
