Since I missed out on #screenshotsaturday, here’s the current status for one of my mini boss battles in my #Mario #ROMhack.
It was coded from scratch in assembly language, and is about 70-80% done.
Aight, enough time has passed, I can show what this really was about.
It's a 3D platformer heavily inspired by the 3DS Tech Demo : 3D Hopper but disguised as a #gatoslip demo.
Yes this is still a #Sonic 1 #ROMhack

I should make a much simpler AFD ROM hack project next that doesn't involve this much computing and shenanigans.

Can't recommend Polished Crystal enough, it's like playing a GBC game gamefreak...or...somebody good...made RECENTLY, with all the modern gameplay mechanics, plus so many options, new areas etc

In a pokemon mood again/always. Are the DLC for Sword/Shield or Scarlet/Violet good at all? I only liked a few mon and Piers (there are 0 bad Dark Type trainers)
A romhack would be good as well, maybe an enhanced version of Fire red/Leaf Green?
Polished Crystal was incredible, both the feeling of playing a new modern pokemon game and the nostalgia of Crystal.
Ideally GBA or lower, that's what I can play on my Analogue Pocket
