Sea surface temperatures across nearly the entire Gulf of Alaska are close to the 1991-2020 average in NOAA/PSL/ESRL data. In contrast, western Bering Sea warmer than normal, while much of the southern Beaufort Sea and Chukchi Sea north of 70ºN are cooler than normal due to persistent sea ice. @Climatologist49 @ZLabe
