The shawl's colors are striping now but will become variegated with longer rows. The colors remind me of "My Little Pony," making it tough to name the design. Any suggestions?

With a project finished, I can start a new one! This will be an asymmetrical triangle in garter stitch, with a solid purple lace border
This shawl is done! Next up is blocking, and getting the pattern to my editor

#FlashbackThursday The Elena Half Hap was the very first half hap I designed. It's still one of my favorite shawls to wear when it's a bit chilly!

I figured out how to remove and reattach the applied border for the big round shawl! In this swatch, I removed it, knit more rows in salmon pink, and reattached it. I'll post the tutorial next month.
When blocking, I really like to put my lace shawls under a lot of tension to bring out the patterning. In this case, the buckling of the mats got so bad, I had to put my dumbbells, and weight plates all around to keep everything in place
This shawl is almost done! A couple of more repeats, and this one can go to the blocking mats
Last but not least: the Atomic Tangerine by LismoreLady! In this project, she used assorted colors of sport weight merino yarns from her stash. It looks like this was a pretty good stash busting effort!

With the Big Round Shawl, I'm really counting down the remaining stitches. Currently, there are only 64 stitches left to bind-off. In other words: Only 8 more leaves to knit!
The next Atomic Tangerine project, is by my dear tester, StarStrong. She used a worsted weight yarn, and worked extra repeats to still get a decently sized shawl. Isn't it pretty in this gradient?

My wavy stripes stole is finished! Unblocked, the stole is about 160 cm / 63" long, I expect it will be nice and big after blocking
This is a SW yarn, so I washed it with a regular load of laundry, and also put it in the dryer on low. After blocking, the swatch size grew in the width and shrunk in height! Now I can start working out my grading spreadsheet for the pattern
My Gothic Flamingo shawl is progressing nicely. The third ball of yarn has been attached, and the rows are very clearly getting shorter now! Have a lovely Friday
#FlashbackThursday Diva is one of my older designs, I still really love the border in the one-skein half circle shawl

My swatch for the new sweater project has been made. Onwards to washing this gorgeous RMR Yarn Co. Zihuatanejo DK yarn!
For my Wavy Stripes stole I ordered, and received a much longer circular needle. As you can see, the needle is now much less crowded

Traci Scott has the perfect (free) pattern for you "Latvian Braids All Day Hat"
I've only once worked that stitch pattern and it looks really cool, probably good to use up some leftovers as well?

#StashdiveSaturday The gorgeous yellow yarn that RMR Yarn Co. send me, really reminds me of the yellow of canary birds. In Dutch, they're called "kanarie", hence the working title for this sweater project. I really can't describe how rich and bright this color is, in the sun it positively glows!
