We made sinfully delicious Blistered Shishito Pepper Brunch Pizzas! These bad bois were topped with crispy garlic butter sauce, freshly shredded monterey jack cheese, caramelized onion, an over easy fried egg, and a hot honey drizzle. We ate them both in one sitting. No ragertz. 10/10 would, and most likely will do again.

Thai Lentil Red Curry with fresh Tofu Summer Rolls, paried with an incredibly delicious ginger and blood orange gin cocktail made by myself and @sebalicious!
