We lose our democracy in the latter case, too, even if Dems manage to wrest back control.
@davetroy@toad.social@xankarn shift the game to something else. Which is more or less what Arendt suggests. Break out of the Hegelian chains (which is constructed and fake) and talk about the broader situation (which is real).
