Cute when customer-service person tells me of a discrepancy in a form I completed, and their "description" of the issue is very clear to them, and when I seek clarification, they repeat what they already said and give me the "you are dumb aren't you" look. 
@daveburb Thanks but that redirects to the copilot page as does https://www.microsoft365.com and https://m365.cloud.microsoft.
Copilot also helpfully suggested I use https://onedrive.live.com which, of course, doesn't work with a business account.
It finally decided that I should use https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/free-office-online-for-the-web.
This recognises my account and that I am logged in. From here I used https://myaccount.microsoft.com and now I can access the business apps we use.
Today was a total wash. Lot of effort; no meaningful progress. 
But there's tomorrow.

VS Code is the MS Word of IDEs. Lots of features but good luck finding the one you need. Even more luck re-finding the feature you used a few minutes ago. Super-duper luck if you want to frictionless use Git.

My actual "prompt" to Copilot:
"No, you're not listening. I said the <abc> map needs to be built *before* the <xyz> loop."
PS: No replies with "you shouldn't be using AI/LLM" and such. I have reasons to be using Copilot right now for this project. 
AFAICT, you *can't* rename a Mastodon (.social) account. You must delete that account and create another with the correct spelling. However, you might be hosed* if the e-mail account is the same as the one you used for the deleted account. 
*Mastodon says it sent a confirmation mail to the email address, but no actual mail arrives (not even in spam). So, you can't have the new account unless you also use a different email address.
Maybe you can use the same email address if you give it a few days rest and retry, but that points to a disconnect somewhere in the system.
Or maybe I'm just seeing things.
