Good afternoon, professor.

I would like to request a small extension for my assessment.

Unfortunately I completely forgot that I have adhd, and as such I drank a large McDonald's coffee biscoff frappe this morning. I now feel as though I could vibrate into the next dimension with anxiety.

You might be wondering how someone "forgets" that they have adhd? Well... it's the adhd.

Thank you for your understanding,
Aby.

PS: I can definitely recommend the McDonald's coffee biscoff frappe, but probably hold the ritalin chaser..

I remember in the 90s thinking all I want is to be a positive in the world. To be more good than bad. I'm pretty sure I have achieved that with my activism compared to my consumption. - That is I think I have reduced CO2e significantly below my own emissions. I also work in healthcare. I work numerous days a week helping people. I donate to global charities.
I don't feel very positive.

One of my fave ADHD tips: if something will take less than two minutes* to complete, do it right away.

I've been putting off the task of adding a hook for my car charger for ever, yet it took about a minute to do. I'd left the hook out as a prompt recently, so when I was clearing the table and saw it I just went out and did it.

What are your favourite ADHD tips?

* obviously time blindness is a limiting factor, but hopefully something this small isn't too bad.
