In response to the HHS defunding the 988 #LGBTQ youth #suicide hotline in the same week as #SCOTUS decided #Skrmetti, I just donated to #TransLifeline and encourage others to do the same.
People on Bluesky and Xwitter are spreading misinformation about suicide hotlines. It's frustrating.
People keep sharing "Canada is opening up lines, and here's the one for Americans." The number provided is NOT Canada's official #SuicideHotline. It's the Canadian #TransLifeline number and folks shouldn't be eating up their lines. America's Trans Lifeline number: (877) 565-8860
Support Trans lifeline yes. It's fantastic and consent based. But limited resources.

The Oregon Health & Science University Transgender Health Program is seeking #transgender and gender-diverse individuals who have undergone #vaginoplasty and people who have supported people who have undergone vaginoplasty for a short educational video.
- Compensation: $100/hr for 2-3 hour commitment
