Studies show remote workers work longer hours and are more productive. Roughly a half-hour per day of the time they save on their commute goes into work.

And I'd bet the average home, despite not being designed for work, is still *way less* distracting than an open-plan office.

Came across this thread in an FB group and it made me pause and think. I've been contemplating about this for a while now. I want to travel while working remotely but I'm having doubts. How do you balance travel and work?

In my experience, working from home is efficient and manageable as long as you can set up enough weekly hangouts to still feel social.

Searching for fully remote jobs on job searching platforms only to find promoted on-site roles that can't be filtered out, clearly illustrates the job market's evolution. It's noteworthy how many companies prefer to pay a premium instead of adapting to these transformative times.
