Found another #daylily survivor this morning, what a treat. This is an "Abstract Orange," one of the new ones this year, which the deer *really* enjoyed. I thought we wouldn't get to see a single blossom once we got it home.
This was my favorite new one.

Summer is the time to make cyanotypes in the sun! This is a little 6” x 9” cyanotype of a day lily from my garden.
I kept a record of my day lilies last year. The first was 5 July, and this year the first bloomed on 9 July.
