I degoogled my phone last weekend and installed /e/OS. I had to use command line install, but it was very easy and worked like a breeze.
All the apps that used before degoogling are available and work great, and everything feels very smooth.
I did swap the standard launcher for the Fossify launcher, and I had to use adb to remove a couple of built-in apps with alternatives, but this is down to personal preference (though I wish it was possible to uninstall without adb).
Overall I am really happy so far.

After using #calyxos as #unplugtrump os I now switched to #iodeOS on #fairphone5. Installation was pretty smooth. Np backup needed as I store my data in my Nextcloud or Synology DSM.
now setting up my new "trial" mobile environment. I still use my #iPhone for my work needs.
But would actually like to have a full #ungoogled phone.
What are the must have Apps to increase Security in iodeOS?

Hab ja ein #FP5 auf dem ich #e_OS installiert hab.
Allerdings hab ich das quasi schon die ganze Zeit auf 60Hz eingestellt, weil die 90Hz Option nen Bug hat, dass die Wiederholrate nach Display aus/an eher unter 30Hz entspricht 
Turns out, mit nem dreizeiler und einer Automatisierungsapp kann man nen Workaround basteln

Gestern #fdroid vom #FP5 gelöscht. Bin jetzt komplett auf #obtainium umgestiegen.

@ON4BAM @ElpasYou_2 dat gaat een punt worden - moet #pihole meestal uitzetten als we bankapp in de browser gebruiken - overigens niet op iPhone en iPad - los daarvan lijkt het me vrij logisch dat je het bankdomein als uitzondering kunt aanmerken op je #FP5

Wow, ich bin von @calyxos mehr als beeindruckt. Da hab ich doch auf dem #FP5 gerade glatt das #Update auf #Android15 installieren dürfen. Und dabei ist, wenn ich das richtig mitbekommen habe, das Stock-Android beim FP5 immer noch bei Android 14.
(EDIT: Ich habe fälschlicherweise behauptet, dass das Fairphone 5 noch immer Android 13 hat. Stimmt nicht, es hat Andoid 14.)
