Some of this SORT OF exists in iOS Photos, but I was wondering if there is an iPhone photo editing app that does the following:

Create a copy of an image.

Allows one to choose a white point and a black point.

Can break an image into its primary color layers either
an RGB model or
CMYK model,
that would allow for discarding any of those layers.

That’s it. That is all I want or need from it.

Is there an iPhone photo editing app with these features?

I don't understand why some print shops ask for sRGB source documents *without* providing a gamut limiting icc profile so you can see what the hell you are doing.

I get taking in sRGB files for non-vector printing. But without that gamut limiter you're guessing what kind of gamut narrowing will happen so you should still have access to an icc profile.

At least, in my opinion as a self-made expert 😅

The winner is: Braun

A silly project from 2020 (during the lock down). I've planted some jute that year and it got pretty long, so decided to shoot slides of it and put them together (maybe as some form of cubism?). I've tried many things with these slides and one of these trials included stacking the layers and giving each stack a different color from the CMYK set. The image here is saved as PNG to preserve the transparency but I guess it would eventually turn white or black when uploaded, as usual.
