While I don't like the tech bro-ness of this news, it's at least a good sign that the #micromobility market is becoming more and more appealing as an investment opportunity.
The more people realize e-bikes etc. are "first-tier" EVs and not simply some nice-to-have luxury item alongside electric cars, the more we'll see a continuing sea change in how people think about the future of transportation.

This is neat idea: offering rebates to help subsidize #micromobility purchases in order to replace trips by car in specific regions/neighborhoods. (Obviously my preference would be to offer broad subsidies at high levels of city or state governments. But programs like this are certainly far better than nothing!)
