मोहित ठाकुर<p><strong>सुप्रीम कोर्ट: अब शीर्ष अदालत की भर्तियों में भी मिलेगा आरक्षण, जानें कौन-कौन से वर्गों को होगा लाभ</strong></p><p><strong>Delhi News:</strong> <strong>सुप्रीम कोर्ट</strong> ने कर्मचारी भर्ती में बड़ा बदलाव किया है। अब ओबीसी, दिव्यांग, पूर्व सैनिक और स्वतंत्रता सेनानी आश्रितों को आरक्षण मिलेगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट ऑफिसर्स एंड सर्वेंट्स रूल्स, 1961 में संशोधन हुआ। यह कदम केंद्र सरकार के आरक्षण नियमों के अनुरूप है। चीफ जस्टिस बी आर गवई के नेतृत्व में यह बदलाव लागू हुआ। कर्मचारियों के लिए यह कदम समावेशिता की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण है।</p><p><strong>नियमों में संशोधन</strong></p><p><strong>सुप्रीम कोर्ट</strong> ने 3 जुलाई को गजट नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया। संविधान के अनुच्छेद 146 (2) के तहत चीफ जस्टिस ने नियम बदले। अब केंद्र सरकार के आरक्षण नियम लागू होंगे। ओबीसी, दिव्यांग, पूर्व सैनिक और स्वतंत्रता सेनानी आश्रितों को लाभ मिलेगा। यह बदलाव कर्मचारियों की भर्ती और पदोन्नति में लागू होगा। यह कदम कर्मचारियों के बीच समानता को बढ़ावा देगा।</p><p><strong>पहले हुआ था एससी/एसटी आरक्षण</strong></p><p>पिछले दिनों <strong>सुप्रीम कोर्ट</strong> ने एससी/एसटी के लिए आरक्षण रोस्टर लागू किया। 23 जून 2025 से प्रभावी इस व्यवस्था में 15% पद एससी और 7.5% एसटी के लिए आरक्षित हैं। केंद्र सरकार के 1997 के सर्क्युलर को 28 साल बाद लागू किया गया। यह कदम कर्मचारियों के लिए अवसरों को बढ़ाने वाला है। अब अन्य वर्गों के लिए भी आरक्षण का रास्ता साफ हुआ।</p><p><strong>किन पदों पर लागू होगा?</strong></p><p>यह आरक्षण व्यवस्था <strong>सुप्रीम कोर्ट</strong> के कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों के लिए है। इसमें रजिस्ट्रार, कोर्ट असिस्टेंट, कोर्ट अटेंडेंट, लाइब्रेरियन जैसे पद शामिल हैं। जजों की नियुक्ति पर यह लागू नहीं होगा। यह कदम कर्मचारी भर्ती में पारदर्शिता लाएगा। सभी वर्गों के लिए समान अवसर सुनिश्चित होंगे। यह व्यवस्था कर्मचारियों के बीच विश्वास को मजबूत करेगी।</p><p><a rel="nofollow noopener" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://rightnewsindia.com/topics/reservation/" target="_blank">#reservation</a> <a rel="nofollow noopener" class="hashtag u-tag u-category" href="https://rightnewsindia.com/topics/supreme-court/" target="_blank">#SupremeCourt</a></p>

So I stood there at the side of the road, while waiting for the people at U-Haul to figure out how to rescue my beached whale and the household full of stuff it contained. Eventually a huge #wrecker turned up, the kind that is as long as a semi with a full-sized trailer, picked up the front end of the U-Haul, and hauled it into town, to my house, where we would need to unload.
My house, in a neighbourhood from the 1910s, with tiny houses, narrow lots, and narrow streets. And full props to the driver, he parallel-parked-by-proxy that U-Haul in a space directly in front of my house that was barely big enough for it.
Got it unloaded, then the wrecker came back and hauled it away.
Takeaways:
1. Real professional #drivers are amazing at what they do.
2. U-Haul #trucks and #equipment are horribly maintained, because the incentives work against the franchisees doing anything but renting them out and hoping it's a one-way rental so they never see it again. Be prepared to deal with problems. Do a *serious* walk-around #inspection for #safety issues before you even think about taking it on the highway.
3. Not illustrated in this story, but U-Haul reservations ... aren't. They might put your name on a "list" when you ask for one, but whoever shows up first gets the truck. You can walk in with a "#reservation" and they'll just say "Nope, don't have any trucks left" or give you something completely not what you "reserved".
