Everyone knows about the Tarka Trail, and the Camel Trail, yet Drake's Trail is mostly unknown, outside of Plymouth.
This route is well worth a train ride (with your bike) to Plymouth, to make a day of #cycling out to Tavistock & back.

Google "what is the longest traffic free cycle route in the UK" and you get flooded with results telling you it's the Tarka Trail, at 30 miles.
Except it isn't. The longest is the Formartine and Buchanan Way, at more than twice the distance.

That means EVERY route guide on #WillCycle needs updating, which is a huge task.
