Das Weiße vom #Lauch in Scheiben schneiden, mit viel #Olivenöl #Thymian #Knoblauch SalzPfeffer abgedeckt in den Ofen geben + weich garen.
#Linsen (hier #Beluga) fast weich kochen.
Etwas von dem weichen Lauch mit #CremeFraiche Knoblauch SalzPfeffer #Senf #Zitrone pürieren.
Die Linsen zu dem Lauch in den Ofen geben + noch etwas garen, ruhen lassen. Vor dem Servieren mit #Petersilie #Dill #Estragon #Zitronensaft mischen.

Wasseramsel an der Dill

A bunch of #dill kept fresh in water on our counter made me think it looked a lot like xmas, so I got a couple of cranberries out of the freezer.

I received some #seeds in the mail!

I now have some #nasturtium, #MinnesotaMiniRockMelon & “beneficial insect mix” seeds which is a mix of #marigolds #Cosmos #QueenAnnesLace #Dill #LemonGrass #Basil #Coriander & even more nasturtiums!

I'm happiest w/basic meals w/simple ingredients. Still, I DO like something fancy every now & then.

To spruce up a simple meal, add varied #herbs to dishes, either fresh or dried. Some of my favorite #FreshHerbs include #chives #cilantro #dill . Some herbs just seem to be a match made in heaven, for certain foods ... like adding fresh cilantro to #guacamole ~ but if You like it, That's all that matters!
