So glad it finally came back in stock after almost instantly selling out when it was released in February.
For such an unapologetically trashy (but great!) film it's nice to see that it is in such high demand!

1/ Felt a little under the weather the last couple of days, so this morning before getting up I was briefly thinking/ #meditating on Earth Power/ #LifeForce / #GreatMother/ #BirdGoddess (all the same thing, more or less)- as a calming /focussing /affirming/ #balancing practise. I find it funny that #ShoutFactory only restored the US Theatrical Cut of #Lifeforce in 4K because they thought the switching between original negative and internegative sources would be too obvious...
Meanwhile #StudioCanal has pulled together original negative, interpositive, and even video tape to present all three versions of #TheWickerMan in 4K.

@stovesses It has been many years since I have seen #lifeforce but I remember thinking it was hilarious that the naked vampire lady slunk around so slowly, and the naked vampire men always had strategically placed props to hide their franks n’ beans. And that Steve Railsback was highly caffeinated.
If you’re interested in another fun sci fi from that time period, I recommend The Hidden. The director’s commentary is awesome, he has zero filter.
